Exterior Wash Bay
Bay 1 is the external wash bay and, while we still do a hand scrub wash, there is a little automation to increase the quality and speed of the wash.
As you enter the bay a detergent arch will soak your vehicle in a high-quality degreaser that only leaves hidden spots and wheels to be sprayed down by hand. The tractor is scrubbed by hand and rinsed with high pressure water.
For many trailer types, refers, dry vans, and tankers we use a Bitmec brush, which is a self-propelled self-contained 14-foot tall 5.5-foot-wide brush. One person drives the brush down the side from back of trailer to front of trailer, reverses, and comes front-to-back around the end and repeats the cycle on the other side completing a twice brushed cycle that took about 5 minutes.
When the wash is completed you will drive slowly through another arch that will soak your vehicle in spot free water to avoid spotting. Even though all our water goes through a commercial water softener, the spot free is an added guard against spotting. The last part of the wash is a huge 10 blower drying arch.
Tanker Wash Out Bays
Our tanker washout equipment is state of the art built by the Floyd Peacock Co., which has been in business designing and building wash equipment for over 40 years.
The main piece of equipment is a Peacock 660, which is designed to produce 30 gallons of water per minute at 600 PSI through the spinner. When hot water is required, which is most of the time, the burner is capable of producing steam if a tanker steam-out is required but in most cases the thermostat is set at 210 degrees and after a 30-minute wash cycle the water exiting the tanker is about 180 degrees.
The machine is capable of injecting our choice of degreasers and sanitizers as required by our customers.
We are certified through Dallas Kosher to perform Kosher Maintain washes and Kosher Upgradable washes.
We also have a Grade ‘A’ Milk Permit from the Texas Department of State Health Services authorizing AllStar Truck Wash to perform milk tanker wash-outs, Kosher Maintain milk tanker wash-outs, and Kosher Upgradable milk tanker wash-outs. Most of our food grade wash-outs are cooking oils of all kinds, wine tankers, and beef and chicken fat wash-outs.

The other tanker wash-out bay is for chemical tankers. Most of the wash-outs we perform are oilfield related chemicals, but we will do our best to accommodate you whatever your chemical tanker wash-out needs are.

Our new location on North I-27 has a beautiful lobby area for you to utilize as you wait while your vehicle washing needs are met.
There is always a fresh pot of coffee on and food and cold drink vending machines available.
We also have two shower rooms for our customers to utilize if you need to take advantage of that opportunity while you wait.
